Description

You will own the implementation and management of ServiceNow Discovery solutions for IT assets.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage ServiceNow Native Discovery to accurately discover IT assets and configuration items.
• Implement and manage ServiceNow AWS Cloud Discovery to integrate cloud resources into the CMDB.
• Collaborate with IT operations and cloud teams to align and integrate discovery processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of proven experience implementing ServiceNow Native Discovery.
• Proven experience implementing ServiceNow AWS Cloud Discovery.
• Strong understanding of ITOM and CMDB principles.
• AWS Cloud experience.
• ITOM expertise.
• CMDB knowledge.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Discovery certification.
