Description

You will lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale ServiceNow ITOM solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ITOM solutions following industry best practices.
• Customize patterns, discovery schedules, probes, sensors, and event rules.
• Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise monitoring and application management tools.
• Automate workflows using Out-of-the-Box (OOB) plugins and APIs.
• Deploy and optimize Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of proven experience with ServiceNow ITOM implementations and integrations.
• Deep understanding of infrastructure, application architecture, and networking.
• Hands-on experience with modern web technologies, SaaS, and PaaS.
• Experience utilizing APIs for system integration.
• Expertise in ServiceNow Out-of-Box (OOB) functionality.
• Ability to administer and support MID Servers for integrations.
• Experience creating ServiceNow components (forms, workflows, scripts, SLAs, service maps).
