Description

Lead the development and enhancement of scalable ServiceNow solutions, translating complex business requirements into technical designs.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, prioritize, and validate complex business requirements.
• Design high-quality, scalable ServiceNow solutions in coordination with developers and architects.
• Develop and maintain workflows, forms, and custom scripts using JavaScript, Glide, and PowerShell.
• Contribute to project planning, timelines, and deliverables while identifying process improvements for efficiency.
• Document technical requirements and ensure alignment with project goals and quality standards.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT experience, with 5+ years focused specifically on ServiceNow (Admin, BA, or PM roles).
• Strong proficiency in ServiceNow platform development, including JavaScript, Glide API, and PowerShell scripting.
• Knowledge of HTML5, CSS, XML, JSON, and relational databases.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow workflows and forms development.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT, OR 4 years of equivalent IT experience.
• ServiceNow CSA Certification, or a commitment to obtain it within 6 months of hiring.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ITSM or ITOM modules.
• Background in Agile methodology.
