Description

You will own the end-to-end design, development, and delivery on the ServiceNow platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable solutions across ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, and SPM.
• Drive integrations using REST/SOAP, Integration Hub, and MID Server.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Mentor junior developers and enforce coding best practices.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong expertise in scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript, AngularJS).
• Hands-on experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and CMDB.
• Proven experience with API integrations, SSO, OAuth, and MID Server.
• Solid understanding of CSDM and enterprise architecture.
• Mandatory ServiceNow Admin Certification.

Preferred Skills

• Act as the technical anchor for enterprise-wide ServiceNow implementations.
