Description

Lead the technical design, configuration, and scripting of ServiceNow S2P platform solutions to ensure successful deployments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, and scripting of technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Collaborate with the Platform Architect to refine requirements and develop agreed-upon solutions.
• Develop ServiceNow tables, fields, forms, access controls, and scoped applications using Studio.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems such as AD, SSO, SCCM, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, and Jira.
• Document all technical work to facilitate knowledge transfer.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of ServiceNow S2P development experience, specifically in Procurement Operations or Supplier Lifecycle.
• Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• Proficiency in JavaScript for complex requirement development.
• Expertise in crafting Business Rules, ACLs, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Macros, and UI Scripts.
• Strong scripting capabilities in Java, HTML, and Angular.
• Experience with JDBC, REST, SOAP, and Integration Hub.
• Hands-on experience with Catalog Forms and ServiceNow applications including ITSM, ITOM, HR, SecOps, GRC, and Employee Center.
• Minimum of 3 years of IT-related experience.

Preferred Skills

• CSM Certification or ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certification.
• External client consulting experience.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment and leading multiple projects simultaneously.
