Responsibilities

• Lead complex ServiceNow implementation projects from design to delivery.
• Apply value-based selling techniques to qualify and scope solutions.
• Implement ServiceNow AI Assist and Agentic AI solutions.
• Collaborate with sales, delivery, and proposal teams to align technical strategies.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall professional experience.
• 5+ years specifically as a ServiceNow Solution Architect.
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow Solution Architect methodologies.
• Proven experience with value-based selling and solution qualification.
• Hands-on experience implementing ServiceNow AI Assist and Agentic AI.
• Experience working closely with sales, delivery, and proposal teams.

Preferred Skills

• Industry experience in healthcare, finance, government, or manufacturing.
