Description

Lead the administration, design, and deployment of the ServiceNow platform in Boston, MA.

You will own the overall administration of the ServiceNow instance and establish configuration standards.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy custom scoped applications, UI pages, and workflows.
• Manage integrations between ServiceNow and third-party applications using REST/SOAP and MID servers.
• Coordinate system upgrades, configuration changes, and testing across development, test, and production environments.
• Partner with outsourced developers on complex integrations, UIs, and notifications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience specifically within the ServiceNow platform.
• Extensive knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Jelly, XML, and Web Services.
• Advanced scripting expertise in Business Rules, UI Actions, Script Includes, ACLs, and Workflows.
• Experience implementing core modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Configuration Management, Service Catalog, and Service Portal.
• Hands-on experience building custom widgets using AngularJS within the Service Portal.
• Proven ability to build custom scoped applications.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience configuring and maintaining CMDB, including Discovery and Asset Management.
