Description

Lead technical design and implementation strategy for the ServiceNow platform in a telecom environment. You will translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions and manage concurrent project deliveries against strict deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement integrations using REST and SOAP protocols.
• Develop custom logic and interfaces using JavaScript, Glide, Jelly, HTML, and CSS.
• Align technical architecture with telecom industry processes and workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technical delivery meets established deadlines.

Required Skills

• 10-15 years of overall professional experience.
• 7-10 years of hands-on experience working within ServiceNow.
• 2-5 years of experience in a ServiceNow Architect role.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting languages including JavaScript, Glide, and Jelly.
• Experience with web technologies such as HTML and CSS.
• Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP integrations.
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow modules.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITSM or CSM.
• Experience with IT Operations Management (ITOM) and IT Service Management (ITSM) modules.
