You will act as a technical consultant specializing in ServiceNow implementation and strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic planning for ServiceNow adoption.
  • Manage and execute ServiceNow architecture transformations.
  • Implement solutions across Portal, ITSM, ITOM, and CSM modules.
  • Manage complex stakeholder requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of professional experience.
  • Expertise in ITSM implementation and configuration.
  • Deep knowledge of ITOM platforms.
  • Proficiency in CSM module deployment.
  • Experience with ServiceNow Architecture design.
  • Proven ability in stakeholder management.
