You will lead the technical strategy and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning for ServiceNow adoption and architecture transformations.
• Implement and configure solutions across Portal, ITSM, ITOM, and CSM modules.
• Manage complex stakeholder requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Design and execute ServiceNow architecture to support business goals.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in ServiceNow implementation.
• Expertise in ITSM implementation and configuration.
• Deep knowledge of ITOM platforms and services.
• Proficiency in CSM module deployment and customization.
• Experience with ServiceNow Architecture design principles.
• Proven ability in stakeholder management and technical consulting.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
