Required Technical Skills:

• Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud — SFRA, ISML, OCAPI/SCAPI, Content Slots​ 
• Commerce checkout: payment gateways (Adyen/Stripe), tax (Vertex/Avalara), fraud, order capture​ 
• Salesforce Service Cloud: Omni-Channel, Case Mgmt, Knowledge, Loyalty Management​ 
• Salesforce OMS / Order on Demand integration patterns​ 
• SFCC Job Framework, Business Manager config, pipelines SFRA migration​
• Copado / CI/CD, SFCC release mgmt, sandbox/staging orchestration​ 
• Front-end: JS (ES6+), SCSS, jQuery; Vue/React exposure a plus. Integration: REST/SOAP  
• APIs, MuleSoft or equivalent middleware​ 
• Performance tuning, caching, Core Web Vitals on commerce pages
