Description

Design and develop technical solutions within a scrum environment to meet sprint requirements.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop solutions based on technical requirements within the sprint cycle.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production defects and bugs in collaboration with the test team.
• Manage sandboxes and certificates to maintain development environments.
• Research and triage technical problems to provide effective resolutions.
• Monitor Salesforce releases to implement new functionalities and solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
• Extensive experience with Salesforce Lightning and developing Lightning components.
• Proficiency in writing custom Apex classes.
• Ability to diagnose issues using error codes, logging, and debugging in Process Builder and workflows.
• Strong knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
• Experience with SQL and understanding of database entity relationships.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks independently.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in a technology field.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification.
• Experience with Vlocity and familiarity with Copado.
