Description

You will design and build large-scale SharePoint environments, manage server farm capacity planning, and coordinate production deployments.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build SharePoint environments, including capacity planning for server farms.
• Design and develop solutions for complex SharePoint administration and network problems.
• Manage application migrations, server updates, and backup/restore operations at the farm level.
• Configure and deploy custom applications and manage SharePoint shared service applications.
• Monitor system operations, troubleshoot infrastructure issues, and mentor junior team members.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in systems engineering, analysis, or software development.
• Extensive experience with SharePoint Server, MOSS, and WSS.
• Proficiency in SQL Server and Oracle.
• Strong development skills in .NET, C#, ASP.NET, and ADO.NET.
• Experience with Windows and Linux environments.
• Ability to work with PowerShell, Sharegate, and Metalogix.
• Hands-on experience with SharePoint Designer, JavaScript, HTML, XML, and jQuery.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Access and Remedy.
• Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
