Description

Lead the design and development of Sitecore CMS environments and web applications, owning architectural decisions and full-stack implementation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design Sitecore CMS environments and make architectural decisions for scalable web applications.
• Build reusable code and libraries to ensure maintainable development standards.
• Implement technical UI/UX specifications to deliver responsive, user-friendly interfaces.
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and security while debugging production-level code.
• Coordinate development efforts with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Sitecore CMS (versions 7, 8.2, and 9).
• Proven experience with Sitecore Commerce Connect.
• Strong proficiency in .NET, C#, and Sitecore MVC web applications.
• Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, JSON, and responsive web design.
• Experience with server-side CSS pre-processing platforms.
• Knowledge of the Model View Controller (MVC) design pattern.
• 7+ years of experience working in the U.S. for U.S. companies.
• Competency with automated build tools, code management, and continuous integration.
• Proficiency in Scrum/Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with mobile-first responsive design and mobile development.
• Experience with asynchronous request handling and partial page updates.
