Description

You will maintain and support existing Smalltalk applications used for credit card servicing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain existing Smalltalk applications and implement small enhancements or vulnerability fixes.
• Assist in migration and modernization efforts toward technologies like Java.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure application performance.
• Package and deploy Smalltalk applications in non-production environments.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Smalltalk development experience.
• Experience with Instantations / Incom Objects.
• Experience with VisualWorks.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) techniques and design principles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Java, React, and MongoDB for modernization projects.
