Description

You will design and implement fully operational Snowflake Data Warehouse solutions, owning the end-to-end lifecycle from architecture to performance tuning.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end Snowflake Data Warehouse solutions.
• Develop and automate data pipelines using cloud-based implementations.
• Perform performance tuning on Snowflake pipelines and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Create dbt models and document technical and functional specifications.
• Lead technical discussions and present proposed solutions to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 7+ years in Data Warehouse and ETL development.
• 4+ years of experience designing and implementing Snowflake solutions.
• Deep understanding of Snowflake internals and integration with reporting technologies.
• Hands-on experience with SnowSQL and SnowPipe.
• Experience administering Snowflake and loading data from Azure and APIs.
• Expertise in star and snowflake dimensional modeling.
• Proficiency in SQL and relational database management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Python, JavaScript, or SQL for UDFs, UDTFs, and Procedures.
• Knowledge of RESTful API design.
