Description

You design and build scalable data pipelines and ELT workflows using Snowflake, Python, and Apache Airflow.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop complex SQL queries, transformations, and dimensional data models (SCD) to support analytical needs.
• Implement real-time and batch data ingestion pipelines using Snowpipe, Kafka, and API integrations.
• Optimize Snowflake performance through query tuning, clustering, and warehouse configuration.
• Ensure data quality, validation, and governance across all data processing pipelines.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in data engineering.
• Strong expertise in Snowflake architecture and performance tuning.
• Proficiency in complex SQL and ETL/ELT processes.
• Experience building scalable, automated data processing solutions in Python.
• Hands-on experience with Apache Airflow and Python libraries like Pandas.
• Knowledge of Kafka and streaming pipelines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Engineering, or a related field.
