Description

You will design and develop scalable data pipelines and ETL processes for a cloud data platform.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop data pipelines and applications using modern data stack technologies.
• Analyze technical metadata, pipeline logs, and data lineage to support operational decisions.
• Define observability requirements including SLAs, data quality, and proactive monitoring.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data platform best practices.
• Build cloud-native solutions using DevOps CI/CD tools and containers.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in data engineering or data management.
• 4-5 years of application development using SQL and PL/SQL.
• 2+ years of experience with dbt, specifically macros, custom schemas, and materialization.
• 2+ years of experience building data pipelines with ETL/ELT tools.
• Proficiency in Snowflake, including cluster keys and SQL functions.
• Strong experience with Python and the pandas library.
• Experience working within public cloud environments, preferably Azure.
• Hands-on expertise in data modeling, process metadata, and platform observability.
• Experience with DevOps CI/CD tools and containers.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with Airflow.
• Azure or Snowflake training/certifications.
