Sr. Snowflake Engineer

You will serve as the technical lead for major development initiatives, owning architecture, code quality, and solution integrity.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement highly performant data and application components using deep Snowflake expertise.
• Drive engineering excellence through code reviews, CI/CD maturity, automated testing, and observability.
• Collaborate with architecture and product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Diagnose complex issues across distributed systems and provide guidance for long-term resolution.
• Mentor engineers to elevate overall team capability and technical coaching.

Required Skills

• Expert-level Snowflake experience, including architecture, SQL performance tuning, and resource optimization.
• Experience with secure data sharing patterns and cost optimization strategies.
• Strong background with Azure cloud platform integration.
• Proven experience with modern development frameworks and distributed systems.
• Hands-on expertise with CI/CD practices and DevOps.
• 5+ years of experience as a lead or senior engineer in enterprise-scale environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving outcomes across multiple workstreams.
