Drive the technical design and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and develop detailed system process flows to support design and development.
• Design, code, test, and implement custom Salesforce applications and enhancements.
• Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, application configuration, and user help materials.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions while collaborating with QA and DevOps teams.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and governor limits.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and version control (Git, Copado).
• Experience managing Salesforce data feeds and system integrations.
• BSc degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications.
