Design and implement scalable, custom Salesforce solutions that align with business requirements and enhance CRM capabilities.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical solutions, designing detailed system process flows for development.
• Develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Manage integrations with external systems, data feeds, and CI/CD pipelines using tools like Copado and Git.
• Ensure data quality and integrity by creating reports, dashboards, and monitoring processes.
• Conduct internal system audits, manage upgrades, and provide technical support and training to end-users.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
• Strong experience with REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and data sources.
• Experience with CI/CD tools, version control (Git), and DevOps practices (e.g., Copado).
• Deep understanding of Salesforce best practices, governor limits, and platform architecture.
• BSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent technical background.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications.
• Experience with Azure deployment for CI/CD processes.
