Description

You own test automation efforts across multiple teams, handling design, build, refactoring, and deployment of automation frameworks for SAP ERP applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive manual and automated Quality Assurance for ERP applications, focusing on SAP systems.
• Develop, maintain, and continuously improve test automation frameworks using modern development practices.
• Guide teams in adopting DevOps, Behavior-Driven Development (BDD), and Test-Driven Development (TDD) methodologies.
• Mentor and coach junior test automation engineers.
• Collaborate with project managers, technical leads, and DevOps teams to ensure successful test automation releases.

Required Skills

• 7+ years leading test automation teams.
• 7+ years testing ERP applications, including SAP, and integrations.
• 7+ years with object-oriented programming languages (JavaScript preferred).
• 5+ years in Scrum/XP software development roles.
• 5+ years of hands-on manual testing and validation of ERP applications.
• 3+ years in SAP testing and validation.
• Proficiency with test automation tools: xUnit, Nodejs, Selenium, Cucumber, Appium, .Net.
• Experience acting as Scrum Master; ability to author user stories and GHERKIN acceptance criteria.

Preferred Skills

• Strong understanding of Extreme Programming and Domain Driven Design.
