Description

You will own the design, build, and maintenance of distributed systems powering customer, seller, and fulfillment experiences across EU Emerging Markets.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and build distributed systems supporting customer, seller, and fulfillment capabilities.
• Lead technical architecture for high-impact initiatives, including same-day delivery CX features and AI/ML selection.
• Partner with product managers to prioritize EM-specific needs while maintaining architectural integrity.
• Drive data-driven decisions by instrumenting systems for monitoring and building automation for auditing.
• Mentor engineers and conduct rigorous code reviews to elevate technical standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Expertise in Java and Python.
• Strong command of AWS services.
• Proven experience in System Design and Software Architecture.
• Hands-on development with Microservices architecture.
• Experience implementing Machine Learning solutions.
• Proficiency in API Development principles.
• Solid understanding of Database Management.
• Experience working in ambiguous, greenfield problem spaces.
