Sr. Software Developer

You will lead the full software development life-cycle for business applications and specialized utility programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, implementation, testing, and maintenance of client software projects and system enhancements.
• Gather and analyze user requirements to document specifications and develop technical solutions.
• Guide team members on development processes, technologies, and software engineering best practices.
• Conduct design and code reviews while mentoring junior developers.
• Define and implement software development standards and quality assurance processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
• Proficiency with Git and Bitbucket.
• Experience with build tools including Maven and Ant.
• Hands-on experience with Jenkins for CI/CD.
• Monitoring and observability experience using Splunk, New Relic, or Dynatrace.
• Strong understanding of software design patterns and development methodologies.
