Description

Build and maintain scalable Node.js services and microservices on Microsoft Azure.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement secure, cost-effective solutions using Azure SQL, Event Hub, and Key Vault.
• Develop cloud-native applications using event-driven architecture, serverless workflows, and containerized workloads.
• Architect and deploy REST APIs and microservices on Microsoft Azure.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce engineering best practices, and mentor junior developers.
• Troubleshoot complex distributed systems and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Expertise in Node.js, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript.
• Proficiency deploying applications on Microsoft Azure, including REST APIs and microservices.
• Experience with containerization using Docker.
• Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and distributed systems.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
