Description

Design, develop, and maintain Node.js services, APIs, and microservices on Azure cloud platforms.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Architect scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions utilizing Azure services such as Azure SQL, Event Hub, and Key Vault.
• Lead cloud-native design patterns including event-driven architecture, serverless workflows, and containerized workloads.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce engineering best practices, and mentor junior developers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions and troubleshoot complex distributed systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Expertise in Node.js, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Proficiency with deploying applications on Microsoft Azure, including REST APIs and containers (Docker).
• Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and distributed systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
