Description

You will own test automation and quality assurance for Java-based services and real-time data streaming platforms.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement automated test frameworks in Java.
• Develop and maintain tests for Kafka-based real-time data streaming.
• Validate REST and SOAP APIs using tools like SoapUI or Postman.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines via Jenkins.
• Manage version control and code reviews using Git or Subversion.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of SDET experience in Java environments.
• 1+ year of experience testing Kafka or similar streaming platforms.
• Proficiency in testing REST and SOAP services.
• Hands-on experience with SoapUI, Postman, or equivalent tools.
• Experience with Jenkins for continuous integration and deployment.
• Proficiency with Git and Subversion version control systems.

Preferred Skills

• Deep expertise in Groovy or Kotlin for test automation frameworks.
• Direct experience writing JUnit or TestNG tests.
