Description

You will develop and migrate applications onto the AWS platform.

Responsibilities

• Migrate applications from on-premises servers to AWS using migration tools.
• Develop software using Java and J2EE frameworks.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and deployment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in distributed, cloud-based environments.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall software development experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience migrating applications to AWS.
• Strong Java programming skills and experience with Spring, Hibernate, and JSF.
• Extensive experience with core AWS services: EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, Lambda, API Gateway, SQS, SNS, DynamoDB.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and orchestration platforms (AWS ECS, EKS).
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (CloudFormation or Terraform).
• Familiarity with messaging systems like Apache Kafka or Amazon Kinesis.
• Experience with CI/CD practices.
