Description

You will lead the development, testing, and maintenance of software for computer-based systems using established SDLC processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Write, modify, and debug software while adhering to strict coding standards and best practices.
• Analyze incoming software issues to determine root causes and develop technical solutions to minimize recurrence.
• Manage technical debt and organize resource requirements by sprint to maintain product health.
• Plan technology roadmap advancements and product releases for rolling 12-month cycles.
• Document customer issues, resolution steps, and technical processes, including current state diagrams and process flows.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• Expertise in C# and the .NET framework.
• Strong proficiency with MS SQL and complex database concepts.
• Hands-on experience with Blazor and WPF.
• Experience with JavaScript.
• Proficiency in SSIS and Azure DevOps.
• Ability to manage technical debt and product backlogs.
• Degree in any field (Any Graduate).
