Description

You will lead the development of enterprise-scale Java applications within an Agile environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain JEE applications using Embedded TOMCAT, JBOSS, or similar application servers.
• Build and deploy REST services using Resteasy, Java Jersey, or JAX-RS.
• Write and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures for DB2 and MySQL.
• Implement unit tests using JUnit and Mockito to ensure code quality.
• Author XML Web Services using Axis API and tools.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in Java-based software development.
• Expertise in Spring MVC, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
• Hands-on experience with REST service development (Resteasy, Java Jersey, or JAX-RS).
• Proficiency with configuration management tools such as PVCS or Subversion.
• Experience with build automation tools like Gradle, Maven, ANT, or BuildForge.
• Experience using IDEs such as Eclipse, IntelliJ IDEA, IBM RAD, or JDeveloper.
• Strong understanding of Microservices, Service Oriented Architecture, and WS* standards.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with JavaScript frameworks like Angular (2.0/4.0/5.0) or React.
• Knowledge of JavaScript and jQuery.
