Responsibilities

• Analyze business and user requirements to create application and database designs.
• Write clear design documents and lead design reviews.
• Lead code reviews to ensure adherence to effective coding practices.
• Plan and execute unit, technical, functional, and integration tests.
• Mentor junior developers on design patterns and coding fundamentals.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of progressive software development experience.
• Proficiency with .NET framework.
• Hands-on experience with SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services).
• Hands-on experience with SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services).
• Experience documenting system requirements and defining scope.
• Ability to consult effectively with clients and subject matter experts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
