Description

You will design, develop, and maintain automated test software for the Delta Sync Seatback product within a lab environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute automation strategies for unit, functional, and performance testing.
• Build and maintain automated UI and API test scripts using modular design patterns.
• Integrate test suites and infrastructure automation into CI/CD pipelines.
• Develop test tools and frameworks from the ground up.
• Participate in design and code inspections within agile development teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT with expertise in UI and API layer test automation.
• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, C#, or Python.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium, Cypress, or REST Assured.
• Experience with OOP languages (Java, C#) and scripting (Python, Perl, Shell, Bash).
• Ability to build frameworks using the Page Object Model (POM) design pattern.
• Experience with SQL (MySQL, Oracle) or NoSQL (Cassandra, MongoDB) databases.
• Experience deploying applications in AWS or OpenShift (Kubernetes).
• Practical use of testing tools such as Karate, Cypress, or Ready API.
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools including Jenkins or CircleCI.

Preferred Skills

• Strong knowledge of 12 Factor application development principles.
• Experience with SQL querying.
