Description

You will build and deliver server-side components, microservices, and web APIs to support real-time analytics and FX trading decision tools.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement and deliver new server-side components, microservices, and web APIs.
• Maintain and enhance existing applications while influencing technical architecture decisions.
• Own tasks from inception through to completion.
• Establish best practices for clean code, design patterns, and Test-Driven Development.
• Facilitate effective CI/CD by shifting testing left in the development lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 10 to 15 years of experience in object-oriented programming.
• Strong server-side development and back-end engineering expertise.
• Experience with database architecture, data caching, and messaging.
• Proficiency in microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Postgres or KDB.
• Hands-on experience with real-time data handling.
• Knowledge of migrating applications from React to Angular.
• Experience working within modern Agile and Cloud-based environments.
• Familiarity with Snowflake and moving data to Databricks.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in FX or Equities.
• Strong problem-solving and design expertise.
