Description

You will design and build scalable backend systems, agentic AI workflows, and data ingestion pipelines for enterprise applications.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Python services using FastAPI, async programming, and clean architecture.
• Implement RAG pipelines including chunking, embeddings, hybrid retrieval, and re-ranking.
• Develop agentic AI systems with orchestration, tool calling, guardrails, and multi-agent workflows.
• Design secure authentication flows using IAM, JWT, Cognito, or Okta.
• Orchestrate AWS serverless components like Lambda, Step Functions, and ECS.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Python and FastAPI.
• Strong background in system design and microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with vector and graph stores (OpenSearch, pgvector).
• Experience implementing RAG pipelines from scratch.
• Proficiency with CI/CD and automated testing.
• Experience handling unstructured data ingestion with schema validation (Pydantic).
• Knowledge of secure authentication mechanisms (IAM, JWT, Cognito, Okta).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with GenAI delivery in regulated enterprise environments.
• Background in security, threat-modeling, or token optimization.
