Description

You will build and maintain scalable systems with a focus on observability and high availability. You own the release pipeline, incident mitigation, and customer journey performance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage platform metrics for Kafka and Apache Flink to build robust observability.
• Orchestrate release workflows and CI/CD pipelines using standardized APIs and industry-standard tools.
• Reduce Mean Time to Mitigate (MTTM) for incidents to maintain 99.95% availability.
• Analyze customer journeys to ensure consistent system performance and experience.
• Apply TDD and BDD methodologies to deliver precise, functional code.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Proficiency in Java, .NET, JavaScript, and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with Jenkins and AWS.
• Practical knowledge of Test Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior Driven Development (BDD).
• Experience managing Kafka and Apache Flink metrics.
• Ability to implement CI/CD pipelines via APIs.
• Experience with Python, Ruby, Bash, Perl, or Groovy.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Bash or Perl for automation tasks.
