Description

You will architect and scale software systems while solving complex technical problems within an Agile environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design system architecture and interfaces in collaboration with multi-functional teams.
• Solve hard technical problems and address customer escalations with engineering support.
• Write reliable unit, integration, and system-level tests for CI/CD automation pipelines.
• Mentor team members through code reviews, pairing, and knowledge sharing.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in software development engineering, architecting, and scaling systems.
• 8+ years of experience in object-oriented programming languages.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, C#, or Scala.
• Experience with React, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs.
• Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with team leadership and Agile leadership.
• Knowledge of metadata-driven development for highly configurable platforms.
• Experience with integration technologies including message queues.
