Description

You will lead the development of complex distributed embedded systems in a Linux environment, guiding technical delivery and a team of developers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical development and guide embedded systems developers within a SAFe Agile environment.
• Design and implement embedded C/C++ architectures, including lower-layers, HAL, and device drivers.
• Develop and maintain code for control systems interacting with sensors and actuators.
• Own product development and delivery while interfacing with customers and offshore teams.
• Configure, test, and debug live embedded simulator testbeds, including testbenches and devbenches.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in technical development and leadership roles.
• Expertise in Embedded C++ (C++11), multi-threading, and OOAD.
• Strong background in Embedded C/C++ architecture and complex distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with Linux, Python, and STL (Standard Template Library).
• Experience with unit testing using GMOCK/GTEST for C and C++ applications.
• Proficiency with version control tools such as Git, SVN, or Clearcase.
• Experience using Jira and handling XML code.
• Ability to work with hardware devices including sensors and actuators.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within SAFe Agile frameworks.
