Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor small development teams.
• Coordinate offshore team members and guide design solutions.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and Architects on requirements.
• Conduct code reviews adhering to established guidelines.
• Participate in PI and sprint planning for team deliverables.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of end-to-end implementation experience.
• Expertise in Java Full Stack development.
• Experience with OpenShift containerization.
• Proficiency in API and Web Service development.
• Experience with Azure Integration services.
• Strong command of SQL Server.
