Description

You will build high quality enterprise class software for retailers as part of the client facing Engineering team.

Responsibilities

• Translate client business requirements into technical software specifications during client workshops.
• Develop and maintain backend services using Java and microservices architecture.
• Implement and review code, including merging Pull requests.
• Integrate software components with existing backend systems.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Software Development experience.
• Strong backend Java Development experience.
• Experience in Microservices-based architecture.
• Proficiency in languages including Javascript, Spring Boot, or React JS.
• Experience with RDBMS and NoSQL databases like MongoDB.
• Good understanding of DevOps tasks and tools (Git, Jenkins, Maven).
• Familiarity with web servers (e.g., Apache) and UI/UX design principles.
• Demonstrated experience in enterprise-level software development.
• Experience implementing Order Management System (OMS) product for retail customers.

Preferred Skills

• Fullstack development capability, though backend focus is heavier.
• Certifications in Spring, NoSQL, or retail OMS/Supply Chain products.
