Description

You will build enterprise-grade backend software for retail clients, translating business requirements into technical specifications and owning the full development lifecycle.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Translate client business requirements into technical software specifications during workshops.
• Develop and maintain backend services using Java and microservices architecture.
• Implement, review, and merge code changes, including Pull Requests.
• Integrate software components with existing backend systems and Order Management Systems (OMS).

Required Skills

• 8+ years of software development experience, specifically in enterprise-level environments.
• Strong backend development expertise in Java.
• Experience designing and implementing microservices-based architecture.
• Proficiency in Spring Boot and database management (RDBMS and NoSQL/MongoDB).
• Familiarity with frontend technologies including JavaScript and React JS.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps tools such as Git, Jenkins, and Maven.
• Understanding of web servers (e.g., Apache) and UI/UX design principles.

Preferred Skills

• Fullstack development capability with a heavier focus on backend.
• Certifications in Spring, NoSQL, or retail OMS/Supply Chain products.
