Description

You will own the full-lifecycle development, maintenance, and production support for eService and Digital experience programs within a Scrum team.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with architects and technical leads on software design, prototyping, and development.
• Develop software following architecture designs and industry best practices.
• Perform unit and integration testing of developed code.
• Mentor junior resources and enforce software development best practices.
• Provide operational support and maintenance programming in Java/J2EE.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional software development experience using Enterprise Java technologies.
• Extensive experience with Java/JEE, Spring, Hibernate, Web Services, RESTful, AJAX, JSON, and SQL.
• Proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and AJAX.
• Experience with Spring frameworks including Spring MVC, Spring Batch, Spring Boot, Spring Integration, and Spring Security.
• Experience with MyBatis and JUnit.
• Experience using Maven and Git.
• Knowledge of XML and Unix environments.
• Ability to write clean, readable, and efficient code.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Angular, React, or jQuery.
• Knowledge of Big Data, SSO, OAuth2, or IBM WebSeal.
• Experience with Jenkins or DevOps workflows.
