Responsibilities

• Drive architectural decisions from inception and design through to delivery.
• Identify technical risks and gaps to ensure project and team goals are met.
• Influence team vision and quarterly roadmaps through technical leadership.
• Provide visibility into team results and bottlenecks using data-driven action plans.
• Mentor junior engineers to improve coding standards and reduce defects.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Expertise in a modern programming language such as Python, Java, JavaScript, PHP, C#, Scala, or Go.
• Mastery of writing SQL queries against relational databases.
• Proven experience designing production systems at scale with a focus on fault tolerance, reliability, performance, and security.
• Experience driving implementation through short feedback loops and data-driven progress tracking.
• Ability to build cross-functional consensus and influence without direct authority.
• Background working within Agile methodologies to foster continuous improvement.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in any field (Any Graduate).
