You will design, optimize, and deploy deep learning models and data pipelines.
Responsibilities
- Design and deploy deep learning models including LLMs and multi-modal transformers.
- Optimize and scale model and data pipelines for performance and accuracy.
- Monitor and maintain deployed models to ensure application performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate ML methods into applications for drug and target discovery.
- Take full ownership of technical challenges from inception to solution.
Required Skills
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
- Strong foundations in data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
- Advanced Python and PyTorch programming skills.
- Demonstrated experience in deep learning through projects or publications.
- Experience with MLOps and model deployment using Triton or ONNX.
- Experience building API-based AI systems.
- Experience with large-scale distributed training or multi-GPU/cloud infrastructure such as Ray, FSDP, DeepSpeed, or TPU.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred Skills
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, in-context strategies, fine-tuning, or agent-based systems.
- Prior experience in drug discovery and biomedical AI.
