Description

You will design, optimize, and deploy deep learning models and data pipelines for drug discovery applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy deep learning models, including LLMs and multi-modal transformers.
• Optimize and scale model and data pipelines for performance and accuracy.
• Monitor and maintain deployed models to ensure application stability.
• Translate ML methods into applications for drug and target discovery.
• Take full ownership of technical challenges from inception to solution.

Required Skills

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Strong foundations in data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
• Advanced Python and PyTorch programming skills.
• Experience with MLOps and model deployment using Triton or ONNX.
• Experience building API-based AI systems.
• Experience with large-scale distributed training or multi-GPU/cloud infrastructure (Ray, FSDP, DeepSpeed, TPU).

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with LLMs, in-context strategies, fine-tuning, or agent-based systems.
• Prior experience in drug discovery and biomedical AI.
