Good to Have Skills: Experience using AI coding assistants like Copilot for faster development and ability to write effective prompts for coding, debugging, testing and documentation. Knowledge of logical analysis for diagnosing and resolving service failures issues.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of features and platform enhancements with end-to-end ownership
• Architect, develop and operate scalable services on AWS cloud platform
• Communicate technical designs through proposals, design specs, and detailed diagrams
• Collaborate effectively with globally distributed stakeholders including architects, PMs, and cross-functional teams
• Drive engineering best practices with a focus on simplicity, quality, and measurable impact
• Make balanced technical decisions, managing trade-offs between speed, quality, and long-term maintainability
• Recommend and justify architectural or product changes using data-driven reasoning and technical depth
• Mentor team members and contribute to improving engineering culture, processes, and standards

Experience Required: Strong coding expertise in Java, Scala, or Python with ability to design and maintain complex services. Hands-on experience with AWS services and scalable system development
