Description

You will lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of customer-facing and internal applications.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and document new features for applications in collaboration with Product Management and other developers.
• Implement design specifications and manage development processes using Kanban and Agile methods.
• Participate in cross-team discussions regarding application architecture, database performance, and security.
• Manage production systems and respond to operational issues as they arise.
• Research and integrate new technologies to improve existing applications and processes.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Node.js, Ruby, or Python.
• Experience building user interfaces with React.
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and writing complex SQL queries.
• Experience developing Web Services and Web UIs.
• Competency with Linux and command-line utilities.
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
