Description

You will design, develop, and maintain C++ software applications and frameworks for Windows and Linux environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own the implementation of new features, bug fixes, and system enhancements.
• Analyze, design, code, and test software components within large existing codebases.
• Debug and troubleshoot multi-threaded processes using debuggers.
• Lead and mentor technical teams of up to five members.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders through technical communication.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in C++ software design and development.
• Strong proficiency in Object Oriented Design and multi-threading methodologies.
• Experience with IPC mechanisms including CORBA, TCP/IP, and shared memory.
• Hands-on experience with debugging tools like gdb.
• Proficiency in configuration management using Git or Perforce.
• Experience with static analysis, dynamic analysis, and memory profiling using Valgrind.
• Practical knowledge of Agile project execution.
• Ability to perform requirement analysis and code reviews.

Preferred Skills

• Experience developing software for Medical Devices (CT, XR, MR, DICOM).
• Familiarity with legacy systems and tools such as WinSCP, Putty, Rally, Clearcase, Collaborator, or SVN.
