Description

• DO-178 Development & Verification experience (In-Service Engineer)
• Test automation experience in Python & Shell scripting
• Strong root-cause analysis skills for field issues

Key Skills:

• C/C++, VHDL/Verilog, Perl/Python/PowerShell scripting
• Embedded systems architecture; firmware for TMS320F28XX DSP, PIC16XX, MC68XXX, or x86 DSPs/microcontrollers
• LabVIEW programming
• CAN, ARINC429, I2C, SPI, RS232 protocol knowledge
• PSPICE, PSIM/MATLAB/Simulink
• RTCA/DO-160, DO-178, DO-254 aerospace regulations knowledge

Required:

• Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical or Computer Engineering (ABET-accredited or equivalent)
• 5+ years of software design experience in aerospace with RTCA/DO-178B
