Lead technical initiatives and deliverables within complex domain environments, serving as an escalation point for complex challenges.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, code, test, debug, and document projects, including system upgrades and deployments.
• Lead technical projects and evaluate technical procedures to meet client needs.
• Provide guidance and direction to less experienced engineering staff.
• Collaborate with peers and mid-level managers to resolve technical issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Java 11 or above, J2EE, and Tomcat.
• Spring Framework, including Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Data JPA.
• Microservices architecture and RESTful API development using XML and JSON.
• Relational databases including Oracle and SQL.
• NoSQL experience with MongoDB.
• BDD and test automation using Selenium and Cucumber.
• Agile methodology.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing compliance requirements and technical policies.
