Description

Develop C++ applications for Linux-based medical devices, focusing on OpenGL user interfaces and build systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain C++ applications for medical devices on Linux.
• Build user interfaces using OpenGL and execute proof-of-concept prototypes.
• Improve build systems and manage makefile-based processes.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to resolve build and dependency issues.
• Collaborate with verification teams to enhance application functionality.

Required Skills

• 10-14 years of experience in the full software development life cycle for medical devices.
• At least 4 years of mandatory experience in the medical device or healthcare industry.
• Expertise in C++ development on Linux OS.
• Deep understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
• Hands-on experience in OpenGL application development.
• Mandatory expertise in build system improvement using Linux makefiles.
• Proficiency in root cause analysis and troubleshooting build-related challenges.
• Experience working within Agile or Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Electronics Engineering.
